Tech Topic Connection

In my week three assignment, I have chosen the topic on IT careers.  As in my childhood live, I have been challenged very often with my hearing impaired and looking up to those famous deaf people that have faced lot of challenge thru their life. I want to be able to pass down to my kids in my family that they can face their challenge and not give up. As growing through my childhood, we did not have any of those awesome technology as today’s time.  I was still learning how being able to communicate with being deaf and how to type to communicate.  I learned by writing mostly on piece of papers and now I am able to type faster and to put everything that I want to type on the computer.  As getting older, I noticed I am starting to feel better that I am able to learn everything to become as Information Technology expert and being able to help other to face any issue without giving up.           ...

Computer in the Workplace

I have decided to use Information Technology in Government Industry. As We have been facing lot of issues with all of website server and there is high increase in hacking and fraud.    As I have been learning more about cybersecurity and developing a website and also writing a coding in a program.    As everyone is needing to understand how to work in this industry and to be able to have all experience in all computer processing, it is getting more difficult for anyone to get in this industry due to some change in hardware and software.    Need to have a current experience to keep up to prevent any fraud and hacking. As I have been working with other friend about issues on anti-virus on pc vs mac, I noticed that there is high percent of getting virus on any pc which there is no program that can prevent from happening. Traveling Through a Network

Ping Activity: By being able to run those pings and Traceroute through any computer.  Being able to understand how to run the command prompt on any pc, for those macs it is different version of computer which I am comfortable with using mac.   On mac there is utility tool that make it easier to run ping and traceroute as well. As I am current connected through Thunderbolt Ethernet which I get up to 1Gbit/s By going to Ping Tab, was able to run ping on  www.google.com  (Links to an external site.) Links to an external site.  to see if there any packet loss. This will give you option to send only 10 ping or unlimited number of pings.  The more ping will take little longer.  I am sending 10 packets and received 10 packets which there is 0.0% packet loss that mean there is no issue with connection or anything.  Sometime I would noticed maybe 1.5% packet loss that could be bad cable line or maybe the modem issue. In my experience for twenty year, we have been facing issues with virus worm that all of hackers are trying to steal our information and private information as well.   To today’s time, it is still happening, and we are trying to work to prevent any issues. Role of Application Reflection From my previous experience with Microsoft Office for past 10 years, I do seem have all knowledge of each applications.   Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Power Point Presentation and last Microsoft Access Database.               To be able to compare of those each application the function and to determine which application is more favor to work with. It is hard to pick which one is the most best.  I do love to work with all those applications. The mobile app I would like to review over is UBER App. Information about Uber: This app is ride-sharing that allow everyone who have gone through processing of paperwork and background check with their choice of vehicles to use while driving for Uber.    There are several different kinds of platform.    Uber booking fee tend to raise every once in a while. They do offer any new driver to join for every refer you send to drive.
